Eric specializes in marketing waterfront properties, new construction and executive re-sales in the Westlake, Central Austin, Barton Creek, and Lake Travis areas. He is also dedicated to helping a buyer identify and purchase the ideal property. A member of Austin’s Elite 25 Organization since 2001, Eric ranks among the top 1% of real estate agents in the Austin area. In 2005 alone, he attained over $65 million in group sales, and surpassed that in 2006, achieving over $77 million.
Graduating from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Eric went on to receive his Masters of Science in Land Economics from Texas Tech University. An active member of the Austin community, Eric serves as a board member for Friends of Lake Austin, a nonprofit group of homeowners and business owners dedicated to the preservation and care of Lake Austin. He has served as Chairman of the LCRA Advisory Board for Lake Austin, and currently serves on the LCRA Advisory Board for Lake Travis.
